Former Empress of the Genoremasody Reich (XIII of the name). Expert alchemist and scientist. Dead. Code-named "Reaper". Multiversal traveler in the realms of the dead. Restoring those of the "Underground" to a state of similar half-life shows similar results to self-made revenants but with retained "Reaper" powers and personality. Continue to observe.
